Yes Olya!

Of course I need friends now more than before!:))

I mean when I was younger I had less problems!!! Also I had less true friends and “friend” had different meaning to me!

Now I cant call them my friends ,they are only the people I know them for long time!

Instead ,I have few friends now who help me eveytime I really need!

They calm me down and they have been by my side in happy and sad times!

Well!!

Who needs therapist with these friends?:)

Mahtab, when you’re young, you’re not that smart and wise and make a lot of mistakes but you have friends. The wisdom comes with the age but with the age we lose friends due to different reasons ( moving, health (death), families, jobs).

Ryo, have you ever tried to look on the bright side of things?

Too much thinking makes you descend into pessimism. :/

I agree with you about doing therapy by friends or better by ourselves!(Of course sincere and true friends who never blame or criticize us!)

No one can help us better than ourselves!;)

You’re right Ryo. In this case the friends shouldn’t be critisizing or blaming you as nobody knows who’s right and who’s wrong and their “teaching” just only exarcerbate the problem. Only positive inf should be coming from them while they cheering you up that it’s not the end of the world.

The best therapy is your friends when you’re down and depressed The friends who just listen to you without criticizing, without blaming you for the problem, who will support you for a while, not leaving you. At least it was with me after my break up. My friends really helped me and I’m very grateful to them. They were my therapy:)

i’ve never gone through therapy.

I agree with Mahtab, therapy is advice, like a book to find a better b/f. :) Once I got such a book. Oh my God, there was written everything how to repel a b/f. So funny. So, I put it aside and started behaving like I normally do.

I know what is happiness – when you’re alive. So many people die around. You see a person every day, all of a sudden he dies. And you start value life whether you’re married or not. You look around and think that all is in vain – money, house, clothes. So what is constant – a moment, live a moment and be happy with it.

Strange. When people are married, they’re happy, when they’re divorced they’re unhappy and it entails many aftermath problems and hurts you for life. This is a very pshycological thing – divorce. People were living together, loving each other, sharing every sad and happy moments and all of a sudden they’re strangers, not interested in each other. Isn’t it a bad thing.

Yes, after divorce many resort to therapy, to get a psycologist’s or psychiatrist’s advice.

But the best treatment is to go to your best friend and share your problems. And it’s free!
