Well, for the first time today, I actually tried to actually TEACH someone English. I'd have to say that I really like the thought of being able to help someone get better in their proficiency at a language...

All my life, I've had incredible respect for a lot of different Asian countries, and I've tried to learn Korean and Japanese (I'm going to try to learn Chinese at one point too). Most of the people who have tried to help me learn their language, it's been really hard for them to teach me anything because they've forgotten a lot of the rules of their language.

After trying to teach a few people English, I understand why it was so hard for them to actually teach me their language. Despite that, after thinking about it for a while before I started to actually teach these people... I've found a couple ways that I've decided to use to help people who come to me English.

I really like the thought of teaching English in Japan, Korea, or China, and I suppose my desire to do such a thing truly sprouted tonight...

However, the requirements for teaching English in another country are high, and I don't meet the criteria. I may never get to fulfill that wish, but I'll never stop trying.

One day, maybe I'll live in Korea, Japan, or China... And teach English. :)

I'm not used to joining a site like this that allows its members to contact each other without a "service fee". So I'd have to say that this is definitely a first time for me when it comes to blogging on a site like this.

Frankly, I have no idea what to say.

Aside from that, I'm all for helping anyone who wants to learn English. I'm a native speaker, and I'm currently living in the United States.

I might even be able to offer a place to stay for those who are traveling in and out of California, but I can't make any promises.

Aside from that, I'm learning Korean and Japanese while I go to college to become a Mechanical Engineer :D
