  Hello!
 Have you ever heard that usual people spend more then third part of their life on sleep. Can you imagion it???? Now. How much time have you already slept? :)) also I read that behaviour of people quite different at night and at day, I mean thought, reaction against events etc.. and scientists can`t explain that... What do you think aboute?

Well, they say that a consistent sleeping of 7 hours is the optimal amount of sleep for adults. But at the same time people are getting hallucinations if not having slept for a long time and the body produces drug-like hormones...You just get high and it's legal...By the way, if you want to avoid sleeping for at least a week get yourself on methamphitamine:)
