Many people have written to me with concerns of the future and the hopes of the earth and her people.  As I have suggested before, I can only offer you my opinion.  The earth, by itself, has always been a very unstable place to live -- history shows us that.  Even with all of our sophisticated computers and probes we still cannot predict even the slightest of weather changes from one day to the next.  Knowing that catastrophes and calamities happened, are happening, and will happen is simply a fact of knowledge.  None of us has the power of telling the future -- we know by experience and the experience of others, and by logic and reasoning that terrible things are bound to happen -- nothing stays the same. So yes, the earth has always been an unpredicable place to live.  But with men on the earth's surface, the earth has been even more unpredictable and capricious. When morning comes, will you be alive, in prison, homeless, unemployed, free or in bondage, hungry, sick or healthy?  No one knows.  All we can know is the NOW.  Try living in the NOW as though it is all you know; try to make the best of each and every minute of your NOW.  You, and only you, are the sole owner of your PRESENT -- take charge of it!  Live the best that you can; be the best person that you can with everyone and everything -- but do so in your PRESENT state of mind -- not in some blurry past or in some visionary future.  Live life in the NOW.
