I have been saying this for years: I want to be fit. I wanted to have a six pack stomach, super muscles and just to be healthy overall.
Since 18, I have been going to the gym, usually 2-5 times a week. But still I never achieved that goal of a "perfect body." Then, I started to notice my eating habits. The way to get a perfect body is by eating healthy and being more picky about the foods we eat.
Now, that is my weakness. I LOVE food. I love Japanese, Filipino, Spanish, Italian, American, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese. Did I say I love food? Hehehe. There are so many delicious dishes that it is really hard for me fight for the perfect body.
So, i came up with a compromise. I work out to keep from getting fat or overweight and so that I can enjoy the foods that I like to eat.
To enjoy life is to enjoy food, and I would hate to deprive myself from the best food the world has to offer. Gym, here I come!
