Hi Everybody!
I would like to do survey about sports or exercises.
I'm not good at sports but I think I have to exercises for my health!  So, I am doing Yoga 20 minutes once a week , and going to school on foot everyday.
  • How often do you exercise or sport in a week??
  • What kind of exercise or sports do you do??
  • What is your purpose?? For health? Diet?

Sorry, I forgot to write the purpose. I do it for my health. If I don't exercise, I don't feel good -it keeps me energetic.

Hi Achel,

 I like to exercise, although some weeks I'm too busy. I like to swim, lift weights, hike, and cycle. Recently I got one of those "exercise balls" so I can work on my core (stomach and back) muscles. I also like Frisbee, volleyball, skating and inline skating, but I don't get much chance to do those these days. When I was younger I played football and wrestled, but I'm too old for that now!

On average, I'd say I exercise for 1 hour or more three days a week. Then once or twice a month I go hiking, so that's exercising all day.

I'm not doing sports.  But I walk from my house to Nishinomiya station.

i play basketball twice a week , jogging twice a week , for health and friendship, you konw , the sport is the best way to comunicate with friends

Hi

I went to Kitano and took part in Global Charity Festival  as  a volunteer activity with one of my friends, yumi yesterday . 

We were collecting half of tickets from visitors.  There were many people who have different nationarities.  Yumi and I were trying to speak English.   It was a lot of fun to communicate with them.

In this festival,  they sang songs, danced, performanced in stage and so on.  And there were ethnic foods corners!  Forexample Chinese, Indian foods, Turkish foods, Thai foods.  I tried Turkish foods, kabob.  Yumi tried Thai style fried noodles, Turkish icecream.  It was my first time to have kabob.  Have you guys ever tried kabob?

I enjoyed a lot!

Today...I went to school and took a lesson. After that I was taken pictures for the yearbook.  He took many pictures of me so I was nervous..:( However I was fun!  I had lunch with one of my friends, Kaori at school.  I went to library and watched a DVD, did my homework and wrote to company that I'll work next year. 

I'M TIRED......!Frown

I have a lot fo things to do also tomorrow..
