Discrimination…kind of

Yes, it is. u can plus the gender discrimination to this one, also. Yeah, I definitely believe that men and women have to be in the same level with equal rights.

Without any doubt ,we have glass ceiling in our country.The worse the economic background is ,the bigger limitations are for women.we have pretty serious standards for women,good appearance,height,education level,professional certificates and so on.On the other hand ,Married with child is preffered.

The disadvantages of a women maybe more than a man.Both women and man can totally display their abilites in a right position.Just give them opportunity and free space.

A very vivid adjective . glass ceiling in which is transparent but acutally existence !

what happen to women thats always end up in limited careers,

We must stop believing that only men can embody competitiveness, ambition, power. We must see that women bring these qualities  and more  to the workplace in a different, equally effective way. We should look at how the glass ceiling hinders their progress and reinforces a negative image of women.

it’s not about getting paid less or higher , it’s about who will be able to take the hardest responsibilities ?? is it the woman or the man ,here is the questions ?? and the one who will take the hardest responsiblities is the one who deserve to be paid more ..

in my opinion women can’t be in the most powerful jobs cuz mental men are smarter than women while emotional women are better than man .. and I think that the powerful jobs depends inwisdom and deep thinking to find the right decisions ..

the tacit rule, that women haven’t to admit to high regime

In my country, I’m sure that there is a glass ceiling for a women. A man earns more money than a woman for the same job and He has more possibilities to obtain that job simply for be a man. 

Some years ago this was worst but now the society mentality is changing, I hope that  in some years this will be changed. 

I don’t want to see that glass ceiling happen in our country. But it just exists…in many cities… 

The only glass ceiling I’ve found in my city is that they don’t enable young people to work.

There’s definitely a glass ceiling over here! The minorities are always an option (and not a priority). People will not admit it, but if two men (a caucasian and a black, for example) who hold the same graduation and the same background apply to a job, I doubt that they’ll choose the black one. People are not openly racist (this is a crime in Brazil), but they always reveal their thoughts one way or another…
