Intro
Running is a simple way to get exercise. Some people run long distances to train for a marathon. Others like jogging just to stay in shape. But any amount of running exercises all of your muscles and often puts you in a relaxed state of mind. Running can be dangerous too, however. Some people prefer sports like swimming that are less likely to cause injury.
