When you get married, you tie yourself to another person. Like two pieces of rope tied together, you are connected. That’s why when someone gets married, you can say they tied the knot.

A psychic tells Jason that to find happiness, he has to tie the knot. So he gets some rope and starts tying knots. He can’t figure out which is the right one. His friend Ella shows up and starts to help him.

Jeff arrives and Ella and Jason tell him they are tying the knot. He’s confused. Then he sees the rope and explains to them that tying the knot means getting married. Since Jason doesn’t want to marry Ella, he throws the rope at Jeff.

Have you tied the knot yet?
