So we all know Marni had a good time in Las Vegas. She can’t stop talking about it. But remember when she and Beren were getting ready to go and Beren didn’t pack anything? How did that turn out for her?

This week on the soap opera, Beren’s Vegas adventure is revealed. She was right. She didn’t need a toothbrush. But a Russian-English dictionary might have come in handy…

Jason: Marni’s been telling me about her experience in Vegas, but I’ve heard nothing about what you were up to. What happened to you in Vegas? What did you do?

Beren: What didn’t I do in Vegas?

Beren: Triple-cherries! Yes! Jackpot!

Beren: Come on. Come on.

Beren: Snake eyes! No!

Beren: Oh, no. God, no. No.

Marni: Oh my God! Where have you been?

Beren: Where have you been?

Marni: I’ve been here.

Beren: I’ve been all over. I’ve been all over. I’ve been all over. I hit the jackpot over at that casino run by the Russian mob. Don’t worry about it. I was like down fifty, then I got up a hundred, and then…cha-ching!

Marni: So did you pull an all-nighter or something? ‘Cause I was in the hotel room and you never came back.

Beren: What time is it? I don’t know if it’s been an all-nighter.

Marni: It’s like five o’clock in the afternoon.

Beren: That’s only sixteen hours. I’m not even close to twenty-four hours yet.

Marni: What…So, are you having fun? Are you OK?

Beren: No. I’m fine. I’m fine.

Marni: You’re not hurt?

Beren: No. I’m not.

Marni: OK. OK. Just worried about you. What are you drinking there?

Beren: It’s a…

Marni: Do you even know?

Beren: I’m not sure. No. I’m not sure. It’s from the Russian mob. I think it might have, like…

Marni: Oh God! Oh yeah! No. Definitely vodka.

Beren: Yeah.

Marni: I would advise not drinking this anymore. I think you’ve had fun. I think you’ve gambled. I think you’ve, you know, you’ve maybe…sounds like you were up and down and…

Beren: Yeah.

Marni: You’ve won some, lost some. Do you need, maybe, like some rest?

Beren: No. I’m good. I’m good. It’s sixteen hours. I have twelve more to go.

Marni: Oh my God. I think Vegas has done something to you.

Jason and Beren are hanging out on the couch when he realizes that she never told him about her trip. Then Beren flashes back to the casinos where she plays slot machines and other games. She’s gambling like crazy when Marni finds her and they talk under the neon lights.

She seems pretty confused, but a few bits of information come out. She went to a casino run by the Russian mob and got a drink there…and she doesn’t even know what’s in it!

Though she’s been up all night, Beren is generally OK, so Marni takes her mystery drink and lets her get back to gambling.

How do you think you would act in Las Vegas, where bars and casinos are full of people 24 hours a day?

gambling is not for everybody¡¡¡, i think over half of people go there to las vegas are not able to make a control inside minds, they may find themeselves lost. well in fact it is the game`s goal , but not be a loser or don`t rush to lose all your money in all nighter ..you cam be most crafty than them-~~-just try to game good hands and take a good descition when you must leave it~~-

but it is Haram, something forbidden, in Islam. Any

kind of Gambling is Haram. And besides, it brings alot

of disappointments and distress when someone loses a

big forturne and it is addictive and risky. It is not my thing for fun.

I think Beren is frustrated because McCain lost the election. Thats why she was drinking alcohol and tried to changing minds with gambling….just kidding
