i have a dream oneday  to be the  most wealthy in the world just like Bill GITS

but i am still fighting -believe me-to get only  a small house for  my family.

I have a dream one day I will had become a success doctor (after 6 years)... and can help and heal poor people in perfect hospitals (that i would have based)... without any pay… BUT thair prayers for me…
