That´s what many people forget:The presence.
Everybody thinks about tomorrow or can't forget what yesterday happened.Why don't you let the past be the past an concentrate on the present?The people who are worried of future and past and forget the presence,this persons also forget the spatiotemporal pirority of the presence.They forget that every move they make is important for that what will happen.The normal human does have two periods of time,where their space and time is limited.If you are a
nurseling you will be brought to a place and this place is the only space where you can move. You are concentrated on the space you have and use the time to fulfill your wishes.You can't even think of future or the past.Simply:you are arrested in your space and time.If you get very old,you haven't much space to move around and you are concentrating on the things to make your life easier until your time is over...what a tragedy...Once a man said:"If the Past and Future are the only crutches you have,your falling will be filled with so much darkness."
So everybody the message is among other things to live your presence as good as you can for youself and the people around you.I'm sure you'll get every piece of the given love back. :D
