one year later

i will graduate at university in July,now i have a work dealing with the translation Chinese into English of our company's products' direction. The products is about medicines, it will limited my English capability, if i stick to this work for one year, then after one year later, how can i choose my another work in other line, i mean ,during noe year work in this line, my major's capability must drop down, how and which can i choose my anthor job?
