La Grande Vadrouille（Don't Look Now, We've Been Shot at）

 During the Second World War, an english plane was shooted off by Germans during an plan called “ Tea For Two”. The people on the plane were obliged to made a parachute jump, they were going to meet in the turkish bathoom. But they landed in different places in Paris, which was occupated by Germany at that time. Three of the pilots were saved by a zoo keeper, a painter and a conductor. the painter and the conductor had to go to the turkish bathroom instead of the pilots they saved.After sveral misunderstands, the three pilots finally met each others. With the help of passionate french citizens and a friendly sister ,they finally flied out of France with the conductor the sister and the painter.                                                 Isabel

  The Golden Compass  All the story happened in a space which existed with our space. This is a time which whizards and wicthes leat the sky in the north, polar bears are the best warriors. And men, each of them is persist of an which reprisent his or her soul, that animal is just like heart to each human being. A secret organization called “ Pope Court” is very important to the future of north pole. Lately they becaming so pride that even wanted to control all human. The only thing in their way is very ancient presure—the Golden Compass.   There was a girl in that time who had the destiny to own it. But to Lyra, a 12-year-old girl, she didn’t even notice the grea changes and the her  responsibility, which was about the human’s destiny.   Her dad is an extremly wealthy scientist. And her mom is a beautiful woman with unbelievable power.   Lyra’s advanture degan, which the destination was full of unknown and she only got faint clue and the Golden Compass. She has journeyed into great danger that we can not imagine.

Never wish any wish to star, other wise, I will turn into a woman. The tale was about a fallen star who fell into a magical kingdom and turns out to be a beautiful girl. But there are three old, ugly and terrible-hearted witches who wanted the heart of the star. One of them turned into a charming lady with strong power. The star turned into a woman because Tristan from the Wall (a small village) made the wish, and the prince who got the necklace of the star will be the king. War was beginning for the star……Yvaine—the evening star, who shone beutifully.she is very unlike others because she always look down and wacth the earth. She has seen the happiness and sadness,the comedy and tragedy,fear and the bravement of men to make her life a little more intersting.she fell one day because of the wish made by thistan thorne,a ordinary and a little awkward boy. As soon as she fell, she was engaged in a great hunting. 7 people hunted for different reasons but the same thing—Yvaine’s heart.This is a great film which, in my opinion, is better than Harry Potter. Star fell in love with Tristan and because Tristan’s mother is a princess and all her brothers died one by one. so he became the king. It told us that one good tern deserves another. The good and the evil were very clear in this play. We fight not only for the things we think are right, but also for love and hopes.

The advantages and disadvantages of the internet

Internet is good for our lives. Lokking for imformation in library takes us a  lot of time. But if you use the internet to do so, it will be much quicker. So helps us to spend less time n searching for information. We can also communicate with friand and relatives by E-mails. Some people even chat with foreigners on QQ or MSN to practice their english. “Skype” can also help us talk to eac other and see each other. Internet connect us to the people all over the world. Online shopping also makes our loives more convenient. In the past , we had to go to department stores and walked a lot to choose a nice clothes. But now , just a click will do.Maybe others will say that there are a lot of bad websites and children will talk to strangers who might be bad guys. But whether these things will happen , depends on the children’s self-control. So even if the bad websites just jump out. Good children will close it without a glance as well.So , according to what I said , I think the advantages of internet is more than disadvantages.                                  Written by Isabel.
